Registering for MSGCU's New Online Banking

You'll need your MSGCU account number to register. You can find it on your membership card or, if you have a loan with us, your payment coupon or loan origination documents.

Registration is four easy steps.

Step one: establish your identity.

We'll ask a few questions to make sure it's really you.

Enter your information where prompted on the screen.

Step two: establish your login information.

This is what you'll use to log into your M-S-G-C-U online and mobile banking account moving forward.

Enter a username and create a password.

Then set up additional security for your account.

Enter a security phrase and choose a security image. These will display when you log into online banking. You can enter anything you'd like for the security phrase, up to 200 characters.  

Next, choose three security questions and type in your answers.

Hit continue to proceed.

Step three. Select account features.

If you prefer to receive your statements electronically rather than by mail, you can indicate that here by clicking on the toggle button. Don't worry, you can always change later if you'd like.

Make your selection and hit continue.

Step four, confirm your information.

Review to make sure what you entered is correct. Click confirm to proceed or back to make any changes.

You're now ready to start using MSGCU's new online banking!
